Document Management & Preservation
Document organization designed around your daily work
From family folders to institutional records, PROTELIA Documents proposes a clear path to organize files, identify useful versions and plan what needs to be kept.
Tell us what you need →Identify categories, formats and responsibilities before moving files.
Build consistent names and folders around your activities, without multiplying copies.
Plan search cues, the appropriate version and who may consult it.
Define what stays active, what should be archived and which rules apply before any destruction.
A team prepares meeting records for a project. These labels show one possible structure, not client documents.
No universal legal retention period is applied. Requirements depend on the country, sector and document type.
Identify everyday documents and prepare a filing system that the people you authorize can understand.
Structure quotes, invoices, contracts and project files with shared labels and clear responsibilities.
Plan classification, version tracking and retention rules suited to the departments involved.
PROTELIA Documents focuses on organizing and preserving records. PROTELIA Héritage supports personal preparation and the transmission of information. One does not replace the other.
In an initial discussion, we identify your document types, volume, users and constraints. We then propose a scope and practical next steps before any commitment.

I am Esther Guillaume, a financial security advisor, entrepreneur, trainer and author.
My career has developed in Haiti and then in Canada, working with families, entrepreneurs and institutions.
I hold diplomas in administration, management and finance from BIWI and in management and accounting for small and medium-sized businesses from CCHEC. I also studied management at Université Concorde and completed training in insurance and investments at Durham College.
Professional development with Oxfam and Aide à l’Enfance Canada has enriched my practice.
In Haiti, I worked at the Direction générale des impôts from 1995 to 2005, founded FORMATEL in 2005 and trained managers and public-sector staff, including at FAES and Parliament.
After the 2010 earthquake, I was a team leader and then a programme manager with Oxfam Great Britain. I also carried out assignments for the Canadian Red Cross, Mercy Corps and PADF.
In Canada, I supported newcomers at Maison d’Haïti and worked with iA Financial Group from 2018 to 2024 before continuing my independent practice.
Today, I build on this experience by writing educational guides and books and designing the applications in the PROTELIA Collection.
The Collection brings together applications and resources to help people learn, protect themselves, organize and pass on information at different stages of life.
